Professional Organizing & Life Coaching

Text Box: I was born in Indiana on December 21, 1957, moved to Arizona in 1980 and then to California in 1985. For most of the past 22+ years, my daughter and I have called Vacaville, California home.
Along with raising my daughter as a single parent, I have over 16 years of combined experience as Training, Project and Recruiting Coordinator, HR and Administrative Assistant, Event Planner and computer help desk support. I’ve held positions at Intrepid Learning Solutions in Seattle, Washington, working directly with the Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions (MDAS) Sales Training Team. Prior to that I spent 13 years at Napa State Hospital working with the Director of Information Systems Department and Chief of Professional Education supporting the Psychiatry Residency Training Program, Medical Student Clerkship, and Continuing Medical Education Program as well as providing Project Management on computer upgrades and designing their first Intranet. I also worked with the Director of Human Resources at NorthBay Healthcare assisting with Continuing Education for nursing staff.
As a volunteer, I have sat on the Board of Directors of the Napa Valley AIDS Project, the Charter Counsel of the Napa River School, volunteered as Treasurer, Vice-Chair, Chair and active participant on various committees at Napa State Hospital including the Career Development Committee and Strategic Planning Committee and trained and volunteered in an Adult Literacy Program in Washington.  This past September I opened my Professional Organizing and Life Coaching business, ChangingRealities.  I’ve always loved, loved, L-O-V-E-D organizing and helping folks! As a little girl I was always straightening things up, reorganizing cabinets and cleaning out refrigerators. One of my assigned jobs was to pack our truck for family vacations because I was able to actually fit people in the truck after all the “stuff” was placed inside! Coaching just comes natural to me. I’ve always had people come to me for advice and assistance. It only made sense that I would decide that this was the career for me...took me long enough to figure that out!! Geesh!!!
In my spare time I enjoy many things, such as reading, doing and teaching yoga, hiking, listening to a vast variety of music, drinking copious amounts of coffee, archery (yes, I like shooting arrows) and taking photos. If you would like to view some of my pictures, please go to www.flickr.com/photos/acupeng and take a peek. If you see something there you love, please leave me a post and feel free to take the photo and make it your computer background...my family has J
Thanks for taking the time to read about me and my business. Now, I invite you to take a moment and look within yourself and around yourself, really “seeing” your life and tell me, what is currently taking up space that something you truly love and/or desire could be filling?  Make an investment today in the most important person in your life...YOU!  After all, without you, where would those who depend on you be?
